Deep Freeze!

Ack. We're in a deeeep freeze.... -35 degrees C.. snow, ice crystals.. the whole shebang. I can't believe it. Oi vey.
So anyways... we have a name for the kit.. yay! Thanks to ANDREA C for the winning name of GARDEN PARTY... it just seems so apt! So Andrea received the kit as well as 2 element packs from my store at Distressed Diva. Also, Debra (STEINWAYSMOM) and Stephanie (SCOCZ911) also received the kit for their runner-up suggestions. Wow, we really have some creative minds out there.. I was totally stumped on this one! Thank you to everyone who threw ideas out there for me!
We had a pretty good weekend, though I was under the weather for most of it. Cole spent Friday and Saturday night on a sleepover and Blake spent Friday night on a sleepover at Uncle Carl's. Needless to say, Eric and I went out to Dante's for dinner... I had my favourite.. Balsamic Glazed Salmon.. and we shared a bottle of Gerwurtztraminer. And.. the bugger surprised me with jewellery again! This is.. what.. the THIRD time he's had the waitress there bring by a box for me?!
Anyways, this is what it was this time:


A Swarovski Rose Meteorite necklace. Ack.. I coulda melted and killed him at the same time! Christmas is coming, we have bills, a trip out to BC.. presents to buy.. but the man SPOILS me. But.. isn't it purty!!? Eric has a thing for Swarovski.. earlier, he also picked up this year's ornament:


And I won't even get into previous things he's gotten me from there... sometimes I think he's entranced by all the sparkly things.. hehe.
This next couple of weeks will prove to be busy for us, we have Eric's company Christmas Party (feels good to say that.. at GE we had to call it "Year End Celebration), the company Kids' Christmas Party, a birthday party, an Info Session for the Graphic Communication program at NAIT, getting ready for Christmas, the kids' Christmas concert, a pre-Christmas dinner here with Carl, and about a dozen other things I have written down that I cannot even remember. Pray for me.. lol.
Anyways... I need to work on Christmas cards.. shovel the driveway, work on some digi stuff, do some laundry, make some Christmas pressies with Cole.. and well... random other things. Hope you're all well!!! :)
