Seriously!

You know.. you have those weeks/months where all of a sudden you have to shell out a WHACKLOAD of money that you totally weren't expecting? Like.. the front glass for our 2 year old stove decided to shatter into a million/trillion teensy tiny pieces while I was baking one day.. so that's $150.00 to replace. Eric's insurance had a screwup with the dentist's office and now we own $140.00 instead of our normal $17.00. My prescription (with Eric's insurance) has to be paid up front.. so that's $260.00. Snow tires for the car to make it out to BC for Christmas... $700.00. (What are we up to... $1250.00?) Hmm... makes me wonder why we decided for me to become a stay at home mom again for this year?! But then again, I look at the situation with Blake and some of the obstacles we've had this year.. and I remember.
So yeah.. that's my vent. If anyone has a trick on winning the lottery.. be sure to email me ASAP.. I'll split it with you if I win... k?
So anyways, I have a monkey here that is looking to have a snack.. (apparently you gotta FEED these things too!?) Hehe... so anyways, I hope your week is going better than mine! Take care, have fun, drive safe, and tell someone you love that you are thankful for them today.

(including free samples and downloads). By purchasing and downloading, you are obtaining

a liscence to use these graphics from Kari Hentzelt Digital Designs and are inherently

agreeing to the terms of use within this user liscense.

All graphics, images and files are liscensed to you, the user, not sold to you. You are

obtaining a liscense to use them, and therefore they do not become your property. You are

the sole liscensee of the graphics, anyone else who wishes to use them, must purchase them

separately from Scrapbook-Bytes.com.

This license agreement applies to all items created by Kari Hentzelt of Stella K Studios including, but not

limited to, graphics, elements, images, kits, layouts, fonts, quickpages, alphas,

free samples, CDs, DVDs, and text (cumulatively, "Content").

Content may not be used commercially without prior written permission from the owner,

Kari Hentzelt. (keeneye@shaw.ca) See section 3 for information with respect to Scrapping

for Others (S40).

ALLOWABLE USES:

1. You may:

(i) use and integrate the Content in scrapbooking pages and projects for your own personal use;

(ii) alter Content by changing the size, color, adding to or deleting from said Content (but may not claim

altered graphics as your own, nor take any part of these graphics in combination with another person's and

claim as your own).

(iii) use Content in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking and/or related magazines

and web sites for publication as long as proper credit is given to Stella K Studios

(iv) print a hardcopy of Content to be used in your personal scrapbooking, crafting and hybrid

projects.

PROHIBITED USES:

----------------

2. You may not:

(i) use the Content in design template applications for resale (or freebies without credit), including,

website and blog templates;

(ii) display the Content on websites promoting sales of demand-print products, such as mugs, t-shirts, posters

and other items

(iii) use Content to create obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or immoral works.

(iv) re-sell, or otherwise distribute the Content; make any Content into tubes (or brushes) and redistribute them in any way.

(v) post a copy of the Content on a web server for use by others; or

(vi) offer Content on any webpage (or upload service) for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any

graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

(vii) use the Content to make "QuickPages" or other unflattened files for re-distribution to others.

SCRAPPING FOR OTHERS:

3. Stella K Studios allows Scrap for Others (S4O) so long as the liscensee provides their customer with a printed and/or

flattened version of the final product, and not a layered file in which Content can be extracted from. If you have any questions with

regards to technicalities or any grey areas that may not be clear, please do feel free to contact me at keeneye@shaw.ca and we can

make sure everyone is happy :)

GETTING PUBLISHED:

4. Getting your scrapbook pages published in a magazine is so very exciting and I would LOVE to see your accomplishments!

Please be sure to give proper credit when submitting to a magazine (Stella K Studios, kit name or element pack name, store name)

and please email me at keeneye@shaw.ca to let me know! If you send a scanned copy of your published layout, you will receive a

$5.00 gift certificate for future Kari Hentzelt of Stella K Studios purchases!
